She has collaborated with the Ministry of Education and UNESCO in the digital transition of Peruvian universities and in the regulatory review of distance education.

Researcher with over 10 years of experience in public policy analysis, program design, and the implementation of reforms in education, employment, and public administration. He has worked in key entities such as the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion, and the National Civil Service Authority.
