She has been a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank, as well as a coordinator and advisor for more than 10 years on educational policies, public budgeting, and state modernization at the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Economy and Finance, and the National Civil Service Authority.

Master's degree in Public Policy from the University of Chicago, with over 8 years of experience using evidence and data for public policy design and the design of monitoring, tracking, and evaluation systems. She has worked in key entities such as the Ministry of Education and the Ministry of Economy and Finance.
